Well Of corse when I installed my headers I wasnt carefull enough and I burnt a plug wire and it was arking to the header. I think this may be related to my problem. The plug wires have been replaced ...

I did this when installing headers. . There is like one vac. line that needs to be plugged and it is much cleaner w/o them hoses. I think half of the hoses in there were dedicated to air injection.
