I didn't catch the name of the guy that helped me, but he was very helpful. While I was on hold he called the supplier of the packet materials and got them to put together a packet for my '70. It looks like it has a little bit of '68/'69 info as I don't remember a 327 being available in '70. It is a whole lot better than no info!

GOT MY PACKET TODAY FOR MY 85' ,CAME BY UPS. HAVE TO SAY THAT I'M DISAPPOINTED. WHY: #1-IT WAS PRINTED IN BLACK AND WHITE. #2-THE PRINTING WAS VERY POOR,COULDN'T READ 20% OF THE INFO. #3-YOU WOULD THINK THAT IT WAS A CHEVY PRODUCT,WRONG. SOMEBODY ELSE PUT IT TOGETHER .# 4-PICTURES WERE VERY BAD.B&W. #5-MORE ADVERTISING THAN INFORMATION. I GUESS THAT'S WHY IT WAS FREE ! THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS IT ONLY TOOK ONE WEEK TO GET HERE. LATER GUY'S
received Chevy packet for my 72 in five days.......B&W copies of original documents....some photos are not sharp....BUT...info is very good. And it was free!
enjoy......
just ordered mine, also said 3-5 weeks tops.
I will just be happy with whatever i get, as i have nothing now. _________________ '74 El Camino Classic

I got mine about a month ago. There was some useful info that I didn't have, but I was kinda disapointed. I was expecting a paperback book of sorts, but I recieved a bunch of photo copies, some were not very ledgible. Oh well it was free!!! _________________ V/R
