Don't know if this would work on bushing sleeves, I took my arms to a shop and dropped the money instead, but it works great on stuck bolts! Basically it's what 83 said in reverse, slowly heat up the sleeve and control arm around it with a torch, careful not to overheat the arm, then have a cold damp, not soaked, rag handy and wipe it quickly along the inside of the sleeve when they're good and hot, the sleeve will shrink faster than the arm with the rag cooling it and should be easier to pound out. Works like magic with rusted old bolts or plugs in an engine block!
P.S. Of course, that's assuming you've removed the rubber and inner sleeve first... _________________ It's not the prettiest, but it's all mine....
