So, for any of those interested, I had a breif email chat with UMI today, and asked about the potential of cornering issues with these. The SALESMAN says that they may infact decrease your ability to handle in the corners, but realistically he figures that this will only be noticable if you`re putting your ride through autocross. He also reminded me that there are three settings on them. 1 - a three inch drop, 2- a two inch drop, and 3 - back to stock. So, if you`re looking for traction, you could try the 3 inch drop, and decide if the cornering is acceptable, then maybe set it to the 2 inch drop, play with that, and, if you don`t like them, you could switch back to stock, and all it cost you was $60 and a little welding.
Personally, I`m going to try them. From the amount of traction that some on here claim that they will give you, I am in!! _________________ Frame off in progress! Wish me luck!!!
