i just got a 78' elky...my first and she needs some tlc...but i need help figuring this out....it has ss emlems on the dash...but nowhere else...someone please help me figure out if its a true ss i got on my hands.....thanks in advance to everyone here

ok now there are 2 8's in this vin but the first 8 looks more like an inverted keyhole and the 2nd 8 in the vin looks like a regular 8.
