I own a 1978 El Camino and i am wondering if anyone out there knows of any suspension lifts out on the market or what would be the best way to get mine lifted in the air higher

As far as I know you just get taller springs. Then for the rear you need to get upper adjustable trailing arms to correct the pinion angle.

There might even be lift spindles for the front but I am not sure about that.

for the front, you can use s10 lift springs and spindles.
