am Post subject: 5th gen TBI fuel line
Can anyone tell me how the factory supply line for the 85-87 throttle body injected 4.3L is routed? Drivers side or passenger? Where is the fuel filter located?
Not sure on a 5'th gen el camino but MAJORITY of vehicles I have serviced for EFI the fuel filter is located along the driver side near the gas tank fuel feed line. Not hard to miss along the frame rails. _________________

The lines run on the passenger side. Fuel filter is on the frame rail about 2 ft. in front of the rear tire. _________________ 86 El Camino Conquista
