I ordered my packet on April 15th 2008, got it April 18th 2008.
It arrived via FedEx today.
I'm actually very impressed with how fast Chevrolet sent that out. _________________

I got my free packet in just a few days as well, delivered by FedEx. Unfortunately, they sent me a package for a 1968 El Camino, and not a 1986 El Camino, which is what I have.
It's a nice bunch of information, though... Anyone out there with a 1968 that would like it? It's not that big - I'll mail it and you can owe me a virtual beer.
In the meantime, I'll see if I can find the number associated with my request and call them back.
called and ordered mine for my 86 on a Wednesday ahd it in hand by the following Tuesday. Not to shabby for free. Have a friend from canada my try to get their version.

I got mine for my Corvette about 10 years ago and yesterday I ordered a packet for my 84 El Camino. How cool of Chevrolet to do that. Do you think Toyota would have one for any of their 84 cars. NOT!

Ha ordered mine today, only complaint was that the operator was hard to understand, there were a lot of huh and whats in our conversation. Oh, and has anybody else noticed that a word in the title of this topic is spelled wrong, it says fron instead of from.(Just curious of how many people missed that) _________________ -Andrew, 1974 El Camino, finally a 350!
