It would be safe to say that for a 77, it would have to be CUSTOM MADE. And at that very $$$$$$$, also that would be IF you could find some place willing to take on the task. Even for my own 77, in my own shop, I decided against it. Don't get me wrong, I like the 77, that's why it's my current work in progress. But a 4th gen, is still not worth that type of expense. Just MY opinion.
BUT ALSO I wish you luck in your quest. _________________ http://elcaminocentral.com/gallery-album_CoyoteOn2s77Cage.html

Its a 5th gen but I only havethe single headlight not the double and I've only seen it for the double
I never took notice but the actual grill width and height are different for the single and quad lights?
If the width is longer for the quads and the height is about the same then you could probably modify a billet grill buy cutting a little off the ends to make it fit. _________________ Leo

If I bought one for the quad light that would mean I would have to add on?
I don't know. I'll measure my billet grill and you can check to see if it's bigger. If so, no problem, you'll just need to shave the ends. _________________ Leo

Do you have pics of your front end? I bought an 80 billet grill but the mounting holes didn't line up at all on my front assembly. It got me thinking that I don't have the correct setup for an 80. I still have to research it, as far as exactly what I have on the elky now. The 80 billet grill I bought will fit(single headlight only) but I hwould have to move the mounting plates. I cut them off, and then realized that my mig wasn't set up for alluminum welding. (sheesh) _________________ Douglas

Mine isn't polished aluminum (what most are referring to when they say billet)...
Are you saying that when people say billet they think that means polished aluminum? Even if it's cast? I always thought that everyone knew what billet meant. It never dawned on me otherwise. _________________ Leo
