I'm pulling my old motor and tranny out tomorrow. Installing new motor in next week or so and putting the old tranny back in. Anyone know much about a B&M Shift Kit? Like how difficult and how much time goes into installing one? Thanks.

I installed one of these a while back for stronger harder shifts. I ended up with one extra check ball after all was done -- now my transmission runs like garbage. It turned out I already had a tricked out tranny that had custom mods. The most important things to remember are the number and location of the check balls.

All that aside, It took about 3 hours. It's dirty work but definitely doable. I've heard better things about the Transgo kits rather than B&M, so I'd look into that. It should take you less time -- the motor was in the car when I changed it out.

Just a few tips

Bill

I used the B&M kit, followed the directions (which are very well written) and it made all the difference. It's a $35 investment you won't be sorry you made.
