I'm not sure what you saw but yes, dual air intake is possible. This option came stock on some GM vehicles. Also, there is a company (can't remember the name) that sells kits. _________________ 77 HD Sportster

There is a guy who lives near me who shows up to a lot of car shows in this area with an 86 elk that he's taken out the high beam headlight and has on each side a hole for air to flow into. He then has metal dryer flex duct and a homemade box over the carb basically making a homemade forced induction system. Ingenius but a little redneck looking. _________________ 86 elk being restored

i have what i was told was a stock corvette unit on mine. dual snorkles look like they could pass plenty of air. no need for open element air cleaner, and you can keep the PCV and warm air duct.
the coolest dual snorkle air cleaners are the ones that come on Buick GSs, but they are pretty spendy if you can find one. _________________ Rob Tabish

Some of the third gen carbed Camaros had a dual snorkel air cleaner housing. Might get lucky at the junk yard or you can look in the classified at thirdgendotorg.
