On the spur of the moment (Weather Permitting) a few of the Monte guys are gathering at a local Cruise-In in the Largo area.
I don't have the exact location and time yet but i am sure it will be in the early evening.
Anyone close to that area want to join us?

That would probably be the Thursday night Quaker Steak & Lube on 49th st near the Hwy 19 over pass. I will be there depending on the weather?

Is there anything in the area on Saturday night?
One of the Monte guys, Bill is going to go to that one and ask around about something on Saturday night. If you see him say hey.
I will only be down there for the weekend so Saturday is the only chance.

It looks like we need to postpone this for a couple weeks.
Fay looks like she has other plans for us.
No way i am driving 5 hours down in the storms.
I was really looking forward to meeting you guys but maybe we can do it in a couple of weeks.

Weather looks like a bad bet, the Thursday one is every week and like I said a good one weathers good 50 to 80 cars. Saturday would be several shows with in 30 min to 1 1/2 hr from Largo & a cruise in at Burger King at 110th & US hwy 19 in Largo or Pinellas Park just an OK BS meet (not far from Quaker Steak 3 or 4 miles)
Email what week end and I will let you know what show are are happening.
also let me know how far you will go from Largo or where you are staying.

Oh ya I see several of the large car boys (MC) at Quaker all the time.

Thanks for the info.
I don't mind traveling, i was trying to find something central for everyone that wants to attend. The amount of cars attending the show really isn't really as important as a good place for 5 to 10 cars to meet and greet.
I'll let you know when i re-schedule.

Alright we are going to try this again since Fay disrupted our plans last time.
A few of us are going to meet up this Saturday 9/6/2008.
The original plan was to join up with an existing cruise-in but decided it would be better if we just meet up on our own.
The plan is to meet about 6:00pm at the Quaker Steak & Lube @ 10400 49th Street Clearwater, Florida 33762
Looks like they have live entertainment and plentyof parking.

Anyone care to join us?
