That is correct 73 was available with a large paper weight called a 454 with a very detuned "245 HP".
74 and 75 got worse they only had 235 HP. _________________ "69" SS 396/350 HP with a stock outside, stock underside, stock inside and a splash of chrome and polish in the engine area.

Yes, an M21 4 speed was available but only with the LS4 454 engine. Three other requirements for the M21 were power steering, power brakes, and heavy duty suspension. _________________ Ernie
