What's a "Roly Fernandez" special?

Does that mean a fake VIN, Ugly paint and cracked fiberglass?

Thing is FUGLY...

I don't even think it'd be worth anything for parts value.

Must be really special...
1500 bucks didn't meet the reserve price..

Must be super special...

Like what you get from the painted ladies special...

The gift that keeps giving...and gets more painful every day...

Happy

I don't know if this one has made the Hall of Shame in the past but I just ran across it. It definetly belongs in the Hall.

We know Neil had nothing to do with this as this SPORTY vehicle or is that massive mess vehicle has no Buick parts in it or showing. Also Neil would have used a GS and an El Camino and it would have been 360 degrees right.

They should have named it as a 1966 Musteefruck.

I don't see how that thing makes it into our hall, the Raunchero hall, no question.
