I guess this is the right place to post this... I was wondering which wheel manufacturers have decent, good looking, but cheap wheels for my Elky. I'm looking for 15x7's, possibly 15x8's. I have been looking at Custom Built Steel Wheels. I have you guys/gals heard anything bad about steel wheels? Are there anymore company's that make decent, good looking, steel wheels? ThanX in advance! Cool

You should be able to get very good prices for 15's these days with most of the custom wheels getting more pricy from 17's on up. There are lots of steel wheels out there and style is your choice since they are going on your ride. Check Summit or Jegs they always have steel wheels there, at some good prices. Just one tip anyway. Cool

I like the stock steel ralley wheels, for a nice selection at original parts group, and i think they have them up to 16" now,you can spray them the color of your choice,or have them chromed, there nice to customize.

Consider some of the 15" factory wheels such as a magnum style, 15x8 Corvette rallys in back and 15x7's in the front, several different types of rally wheels were available on Camaro, Monte Carlo, Nova's etc.. I have late 70's Z-28 5 spoke 15x7 wheels on my '79 EC painted the color of the car (light metallic blue). You can find them at swap meets or check out a Super Chevy Weekend at a local track...just my .02 worth...

Why not look into some aluminum wheels, they can had for 250/set easy and not only do they reduce unsprung weight(better handling) there are much more styles to choose from.
