That is one nice dash. It is going to go very high. Already at $100 and it still has 7days to go.

The only thing I don't know, is the woodgrain finish. I thought only Monte's had the wood grain, not the El Camino. As I'm going towards the 4th gen pretty soon, I am really interested in it. Just don't have the experiance with this gen.

Any thoughts on the wood grain and what this is really worth??

Thanks,

Happy 4th Ernie,
Yep, I lost out on that one. Got kinda "sniper bid" in the last 30 seconds. Oh well. Some you win, and some you loose. I might have to get more aggressive in finding and purchasing 4th gen parts.

But some good news. When I lost that Ebay item, I went to my "backup" plan. I'm working on a compete set of rebuilt gauges. They are sweet. Speedo, tach, fuel, temp, and amp.

Rebuilt gauge set

I am not sure if the circuit board or ribbon cable that mine will have will work or not. I'll need your advise on that one. Damn, I don't even have the '73 and I'm already changing things. But I really want the gauges instead of idiot lights.

We will have to see how this gauge set purchase goes.

I did get the title yesterday, so I can go transfer my plates and insurance on Tuesday.

Hey, notice my ECC avatar???
