Hey Robert-oh grand one, master of the greatest site anywhere!!!
I'm a computer dummy but love the free space-I would love to be able to let everybody see the pics I have there. As it is i just post them one at a time on the forum board-is there a way I can set it up so that all the pics will show on one or two pages and create a link to that/those pages? If it involves actual web design and is too much work, don't worry about it-just curious.
Hi,
I am actually PopTanner's' daughter. My dad and I are trying to get his web page set up. But he has absolutely no web building experience, and I am clueless with html. I used AwOL's designer until we switched to cable. I haven't started messing with html yet. I plan too, and what better way then helping Dad get my grandpa Jack's Elky out there for all to see? I tried the EZWeb thing, and was pretty much lost. I think html would actually be easier for me, as I am familiar with most forms of BBCode...but I would like some help...maybe just a starting off point? Anyone? Thanks.

Thanks! That was great! I may use EZ Web to get it started. Just to have something up there. I want to play with the html and make worthy of our Elky. Thanks! _________________ "73 El Camino. A True SS with all the original paperwork from GM.

Scrap that. EZ Web is useless. LOL Ok, anyone want to offer their help? Or at least the moderater's can give my dad a break while I lwork the html out? Hope so...thanks! _________________ "73 El Camino. A True SS with all the original paperwork from GM.

Cool, I bookmarked the code info. I finally figuered out EZ-Web! So my site is up and running. It has a few bugs (mostly from EZ-Web) and on other computers it desplays differently (So it might look different for you than as I planned) I signed up for a web design course last year as this coming year's elective class at school because I didn't know what to take (they didn't have auto shop ) So hopefully as the year progresses I'll learn more code (I'm doing it in HTML now because it's the only way I could have a counter on the site) and make the site beter and better.[url=elcaminocentral.com/users/ss86]Here's my new web page![/url]
Oh yeah, how do I get rid of the stupid "hey" message box that pops up everytime I click a new page!? _________________ -JOHN

Okay thanks Robert...
and seeing your announcement on the other thread, I stand guilty of doing some of the picture hosting. I only do a few so I always figured it wouldn't be too bad, but as you say, when multiplied I can understand the problems and just never really thought of it that way.
I apologize, and will 'clean' it up and properly use it from now on...
of course, that means I have to actually take pictures of my car, and that means fixing it...and well you understand _________________ Mike Stevens,

This account is currently on hold and can not be accessed
All new accounts must be confirmed before they can be used
What am I doing wrong?
Used to be automatic approval until a few knuckleheads ruined it for everyone. Spammers, site abusers etc.
I now manually approve all accounts, mainly to check if they are real ecc/necoa members.
I noticed your two signups today, but are you aware you already have a free space account? Maybe something wrong, errors logging in? Let me know, I will fix.
