hey everybody whats going on?
i just bought myself a 65 el camino and i thought it would be a good idea to sign up for a forum and find people who actually know what they are doing if i paln on restoring my car so here i am the first question i got it what is a 11 bolt rear end? me and my dad counted the bolds on the rear end and there was 11, we were thinking that it would be a 12 but we were not expecting to see this so if anybody could help me on this so that would be great.

Welcome to ECC / NECOA Steve. Congrats on the '65. A very cool year for El Camino's.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question, but there is a wealth of information and real world experiance on this site. So, I would not be surprised if someone knows the answer.

Recount the bolts...should be either 10 or 12 not 11

yea ok i'll try counting them agian but me and my dad counted like 6 times becuase we were stumped about it but i'll try agian
