we are speaking spanish in region 23. are there any issues that will come up from this? I instigated it so Id like to be the first to invite you.
generally the people are translating what they write so there is no issue, but in order to administrate it i would like to invite you to follow our discussion there. if you have any rules for this, let us know in region 23.
