Hello good people! I really need help on this.

I'm almost finished TBI conversion on my daily driven '80 El Camino w/229 chevy semi-oddfire engine, BUT it won't run well! I used TBI parts from 4.3 Astro engine ALL, except distributor. I converted my stock H.E.I to 7-pin module and locked all advance mechanism, but still I'm suspecting that this distributor isn't working like it should? Must I use factory TBI small cap distributor?? But what about the fact, that 4.3 distributor is from even-fire motor and I have semi-even fire engine...

There's WAY too much fuel coming from injectors and 2 or 3 plugs are repeadetly fouled with fuel.

Car starts relatively normally and SES -light will go off after engine started, so the problem is really in my H.E.I cap-in-coil, I think? WHAT SHOULD I DO? Confused
