As many of you may have already noticed, the site was under attack yesterday, 11/25/2005
I am still not sure how they got in or exactly how much damage they did. I do, however, know they managed to delete some site files including photo albums in the members car gallery and several avatars from user profiles. Also deleted were recent site backups. I brought the site back to life using a backup which I had located on my local desktop box. Unfortunately, the backup is a few months old, so some albums and images are lost forever. Thankfully, the database was unharmed. I now have current backups socked away in several different locations just for good measure. If you are missing images, I am sad to say they are gone. I have received many emails and private messages asking what the problem is. Sorry if I have not answered all of your emails, but I have been busy restoring what I can of the site. Please post any further concerns in the forums as you will get a quicker response from me or forum moderators.
