I went to the Yard yesterday, could not find a Monte rear end, but found a few camaros and a bunch station wagons, of those which rearends fit or do I have to modify them? Also, what other rearends will fit with little to no modifications, GM,OLDS? I'm looking for 3.23's or 3.08's or 3.43's somewhere in that area also it would be great if they had a posi unit in them. Thanks for the info.

No the rearend out of a Camaro will not fit without some serious modifying. What will fit is any rearend out of any 78-87 GM A/G body vehicle...the best one being the 8.5". These are in Buick Grand Nationals, Buick Type T Regals and Hurst Olds.
