Before I got the Relocation brackets I could smoke my Mickey Thompson's ET Street Radial for a good 30 feet. After putting them on its down to 10 feet.

Nice!!!

I've had traction problems too and and am considering something similar for my 70.

Mill is a 454/TH700 with 3.55 posi, and did have 14" dia BFG T/A radials (235-60's I think). Might have well been on roller skates.

A few months ago I upgraded to M/T E/T Street radials (275-50-15's) in the rear on 10" wide rims. Traction went way up but could still be better.

$60 was reasonable enough for that kind of improved bite. How difficult was the install? The pic makes it look easy enough.

Auto trans or manual? What kind of engine do you have and how's the torque on the bottom end? (what I'm getting at is are you sure the improved bite didn't cause the engine to now drop below it's low end torque limit?).

Thanks.

Do you have adjustable upper control arms so you can correct the pinion angle? Appears with these brackets you would have dropped the front of the pinion more than just a few degrees.
