i was hoping someone could help me decode the tag on the fire wall, or is it the rpo/cowl tag? either way here goes.

one more question. the paint code is 900 (tuxedo black) and the paint itself is clearly (im not colorblind yet ) 980 (bahama green), why is that?
ive never seen black fade to green, as far as i know it just doesnt work that way. does anyone have an answer for this one?
the rest of it matched the cowl tag dead on though.
