On 6-26-07 GatorsElky (Steve Wright Region 15) was out on Long Island, NY and was able to meet LeoC2 (Leo Cerruti, Dir. Region 1) at the Oyster Bay "Cruise In".

Thats LeoC2 on the left and GatorsElky on the right standing in front of Leo's multi award winning 5th gen!

Thanks Leo for inviting me to the cruise in and for your patience as I rang your cell phone so many times. It was a fun night out and as always great to meet up with other El Camino folks.

Handsome ??? Woo hoo, first time I ever made that list. Thanks Sara, is it true about beauty being in the eyes of the beer holder ? Is there a Bud bottle by your monitor? Laugh

Thanks for the comments, it was fun to meet other people from ECC. I've now been able to meet more ECC'rs from out of Arizona than I have from within Arizona.

Perhaps one day we will all get to meet up someplace (hopefully someplace cool).

Ha... I'd forgotten you took that picture Steve! Too bad though that the one night hyou make it to our cruise is the one night it was moved to the beach. Sorry you didn't get to experience the in town thing.

The pooch, Sara, is my "four-legged-daughter" Artemis. She's sort of the semi-official mascot of cruise night, everyone knows her and my "four-legged-son" Otus.
