I was surfing this morning and found 308 El Camino's for sale.
Go to www.auto-trader.com Then search under "Chevrolet" in the "Find me a car" menu. In the next screen scroll to "El Camino" Then if you want put in a price and distance. Unfortunately there weren't any under $10k. So if you're looking for a project camino, it won't help. It won't help you find anything earlier then a 1983 either. But still there is a mass selling of Elky's out there. Just a heads up.

I beg to differ with your findings on Elky's, if you go to traderonline (which I think is the same site) and look under "classic cars" you will find quite a few elky's out there in any year that you want, in any condition and at all prices.
