Haven't heard anything in a while and was just wondering about it. Of course taking most of a hour to get into the site and actually being able to navigate it once on is what got me thinking! Actually except for being a little slow once in a while it had been pretty good lately. When it does act up it doesn't seem to matter whether it's busy or not! Not complaining, far from it! Keep up the good work as it is appreciated very much! _________________ "Still Just Truck'in"

PaPa Johns, funny that access to ECC fell in a heap this morning (OZ time). I was thinking about posting yesterday that performance and reliability has been great "since the new server come on-line". That would have been a big whoops.
Maybe it was just a hiccup today? _________________ John (from Down Under)
not complaining either, but i keep getting an "error" related to php nuke, whatever that is. i go away and when i come back {like now} able to come in..still a great site...
Add me to the list - in fact, after Saturday evening trying about 10 times, I gave up, till just now. So, I don't know how long it has been working, but it sure wasn't Saturday. . . .
Guys, I am currently working on it during my few spare hours. The server went down the past couple of days as a result of me attempting to copy old server files over to the new server. The old server does not like being worked thusly. I am also fighting file permission issues with the new server, some of the perms are getting lost in translation. But be assured I am working on it as we speak. On one hand I am trying to get the new server up at the same time as trying to keep the old girl online too. Hang with me as it should not be too much longer, and then we will all be commenting about the new server and speed.
Thank you one and all and I am still here, just lurking in the background trying to stay aloft.

Robert! Thank you for taking the time to update us on the new server. I told my wife yesterday that I believed that you were in the process of transferring to the new server and it probably would take some time. Keep up the good work and don't worry. We can handle the down time you need to work through this what I presume to be a very complicated process. (I'm pesonally lost when it comes to things like this) THANK YOU! _________________ "Still Just Truck'in"

Robert, yes thanks for the update from me too. I, along with all members appreciate that you have a day job and a life too.
Being in the IT service industry myself, although I have lost my technical expertise, know only too well the science behind some of what you are doing and the hurdles you have to resolve in performing this "project".
We are a patient bunch. _________________ John (from Down Under)

Site seems to be working great now! I was SO frustrated by not being able to even log on. I hope this did'nt hurt our membership, and we can now continue to grow! Thank you Robert for your hard work, and to all of you that contributed, to make this upgrade possible!! Hans _________________ York SC /1979 GMC Caballero / 350 Roller / Alum Heads / 410 posi
