I am in need of upgrading the exhaust system on my 84 Elky. The guy I purchased it from put duel exhaust on it but he did not put cats on it and now it will not pass state inspection. Also he notched the stock cross member so I would like to replace it with duel hump cross member. I have seen many diffrent cross members and would like to get some input as to what other members have used. The one that I am leaning towards is made by G force. I have a 305 with a TH350. Any input would be welcomed.
I bought the RC200/400 from G-force for my 87 El Camino and I'm very pleased with it. I also bought the RC350 for my sons 79 Malibu. Both are a perfect fit and they are very heavy duty. I'd recommend them. _________________ Ernie

I agree, I bought one from them too, slight overkill but very well made, worth the $$ bolts right in, would also suggest replacing transmission mount when swapping

Thanks for the input. I ordered the G-Force crossmember on Wed. it arrived on Fri. and I installed it today Sun. I was very impressed with the construction of the crossmember. It went in a bit tight but once I got it in place every thing went great. Next stop the muffler shop!
G-force has changed hands from the original owner. They now powder coat there crossmembers instead of painting them an improvement over the previous ones. I read in some other post that I found that was a place that needed improvement. The only down side I found was that they no longer give a club discount.
