Hey everyone

Shortly i will be buying my first el camino .. well actually its a Cabalerro 1978 but yah basicly the same thing anyways i need some info .. like what is the biggest tires size i can put on without tire rubbing against the well? anywyas its early in the morning and im tired i dont remeber the rest of my questions .. any input would be grreatly appreciated

255-50ZR16 will fit all the way around. I don't know if that is the biggest tire (width wise) but its the biggest I'd go. That is what I have on my 1980 and in the front they are very close to rubbing at the stops and on the driver side of the front I am only 1/4" or less away from rubbing on the Brake line bracket. I have a 4" backspacing with a +.25" offset, If I remember correctly, Billet Specialties GT 93 16" Rims.
