hey guys found a bolt in rack and pinoin setup for chevell/elcamino/cutlass/gto etc! its from classic car performance parts and it goes for about 1200 bucks imm gonna go this route. _________________ tim fraley
You guys got me all excited thinking this was a swap from a factory car!!
1200$$$ will kill my budget,loose a place to sleep at night and probably loose my girlfriend too if she found out.
Anybody know of such a swap from any factory car?

The rack looks like a last generation Camaro/Firebird unit. I've always liked Rack and Pinion Steering and will probably look into it on my next El Camino project.
