pm Post subject: Massachusetts Vehicle Emissions 2008
I was wondering if anyone can confirm that the vehicle emission tests in Massachusetts has changed this year, I have heard that only cars with OBD-I or OBD-II computer systems, that can be plugged in, will be required to pass the emissions test. I have heard that the dynamometer tailpipe tests are going away. _________________ Russ84
