Hey guys,

anyone have any experience with installing an A/C in a car that was not originally optioned with A/C?

I'm looking at a car that has no A/C- and I'd like to have a sense of what I might have to spend to stay cool in the summer.

Thanks!

David

This is an 85 el camino 4.3 Liter Fuel Inj V-6 that came with no options.

What's nice about the car is it's all original with relatively low mileage of 70,000

Dash is cracked and a stain on the carpet but that's about it for wear and tear. Very little rust.

Give the guys at Hot Rod Air a call. They should be able to hook you up with a decent unit. Not an easy task but not impossible either.
