H had my first experience of ordering parts for my 60 Elky 3 weeks ago now - they arrived a week and a half ago (unfortunately I had ordered the wrong parts numbers), bed access panels was what I was supposed to order, anyway, I obviously clicked the wrong box on the online site. I emailed who I had been dealing with in a great panic last Friday (NZ time). lyn emailed me later that day to say that the parts were packed up and would be on there way, got home yesterday from work (Monday) and they were sitting on my doorstep! Great service, and lots of help from them, I also got a free catalogue in with my order, mebbe that's a hint to look carefully next time so I get the right parts. Very impressed with the site, and hopefully will get to visit them in person one day to tell them so. Smile

Maree, glad they looked after you.

I have been happy with their service myself and it was nice to drop in there in December to say G'day. The only advice I would give is, don't drive hundreds of miles out of your way to see their "showroom" with the misguided apprehension that you can browse around and pick items that catch your eye like I did. There is very little on display.

Nice friendly & helpful people and no worries service if you have a problem with an item you receive (for damaged or faulty items).

That's interesting to know. I had a totally different idea of their showroom. It will be good to go there and meet them anyway. (One day).!!!!

I ordered new quarter panels to my 83 from them some year ago and I was very pleased with the service they gave me up front. I got several options for shipping and was able to decide the route that was best for me. I should mention that I live in Norway and shipping to my neck of the woods can be expensive just like it is for you guys down under.
Oh, and I also got the catalog along with the quarters. I keep it by my bedside for goodnight lecture Laugh !

Absolutely wonderful site, with great people... I have 2 Elks, so when I ordered a pair of pairs of tailgate cables, they actually took the time to call me and make sure I knew I was ordering 2 pairs instead of 2 singles.

In fact, I have another shipment of parts from them in the mail right now.

A couple of years ago made my last order and I was very pleased with their services. Quick respons and deliveries. One of these days want to order again and assume their services are as good as then.

I can't agree more! Their prices are very competative and customer service is great. My bed floor was was about $575 from them and Year One the same part was over $1300. I did find it a little concerning when one of my receipts came from Ecklers and another from Ricks Cameros, but they nicely explained everything to me. They have my loyalty.

I miss the El Camino store. Yes I know they do still exist, but since being bought out by Eckler's and moving across country their customer service has went down hill and fast.
They used to the place to go for Ec parts. Not so anymore.
