I like the look but wonder how difficult it would be to hook up to my stock Q-Jet (which I'll be upgrading this summer to an undetermined Edelbrock/Holley unit). Any idea how difficult it is to cut a stock '78 hood? Thanks!

Tom, Doing the Mod to your hood would be the hardest part to the install. AND ~~~ That's a piece of cake, A small grinder with a cut off blade will do the job. Mark out the Hood, and go s l o w . Then obtain somthing to trim the opening with, rubber fuel, or wipper hose does good. Cut it down the center, slip it over the edge, DONE, GOOD TO GO.
