Has anybody adjusted their kickdown cable? I did, I dont know if it was the right way to do it, but now it works and man am I excited about that(never worked before so you could imagine). What I did was take some 10 gauge wire and wraped it around the plastic end of the cable where it connects to the carb so now it finally engages it at about 1/2 - 3/4 throttle, is there a different way to go about adjusting it?

im not sure becuase mine runs from under the gas pedal.. but yea i just hooked mine up recently for the first time and wow its such a good feeling!!
