He posted in our garage sale a while back that he had a 1999 Camaro SS LS1 with 4L6OE tranny for sale. I wound up purchasing the 85 El co, the LS1 and tranny, as well as an additional Monte Carlo SS interior.
I posted a while back that the car was delivered, just to call my uncle and find out the car never made it. I called him and he delayed me a week... till the Monday that just passed and now he is nowhere to be found. Have sent email, many calls, and text messages.
I trust no one, so I paid with a credit card through paypal. (I even sent an extra 50 dollars to cover the fees for a sense of security.)
BOY AM I GLAD I DID THAT! So I called my credit card company today and told them to issue back my money and investigate the situation... but I would REALLY like to get the car if it does exist. If anyone knows him or of him, let me know whats up? _________________ 1996 Ford Thunderbird Pearl White - NO MORE

Did you get the car or hear from him yet? These are the incidents that make me weary of buying things off the internet. _________________ -Andrew, 1974 El Camino, finally a 350!
Nope... that man straight up disappeared! Sad to see those kinds of people on this site, but with such a low number of posts, you kind of had to suspect it may not be as good as it seems.
I listened to a voicemail from him from about a month ago and it reminded me how he sounded like such a good guy. Come delivery time he vanished. Not to return phone calls, text messages, emails, etc.
Filed a dispute with my credit card company and they issued the money back immediately! I don't care if they want to sell me a bentley for $2000... if they won't hand deliver for cash or accept a credit card, im just not interested. I don't understand how or why people send out checks, money orders, etc.
