Now I've had the 2004r in the car about a year with a jimmy-rigged crossmember, finally got the "real" crossmember into the car and the exhaust doesn't line up to the hoops, driver is about 1.5" off and pass is about .5" off (in different directions). The hoops line up dead center to header flanges but the current exhaust is wider then comes in for the hook-up. Anyone else run into this issue? Thinking about slapping in some purple hornies and ftw.

You should be able to heat up the pipes with a torch and bend them to clear. If not then cut that section out and add a couple new pipes.
