Hey guys, here's something interesting. I was talking to a Spanish lady yesterday who also happens to be a College Professor.
She teaches Spanish and Latin. I told her that I knew El Camino means "the road" and asked her why you would name a car/truck that. She said "In that context and usage it would mean "The Roadster"!
That's kind of cool I think. It is a two door, two-seater, can handle well, etc.
Comments?

negative
"IT MEANS A HOLE IN METAL THAT YOU THROUGH MONEY IN" or the opposite of a boat that would be the spousal diffinition.

Hum, according to http://translation2.paralink.com/ "the roadster" is translated as, "el auto deportivo sin capota"...which also means "the sports car without bonnet" when going from spanish to english. Whereas, "the road" translates as, "el camino"...which also means "the way" when going from spanish to english.

Actually, "the road", "the way" and "the path" all translate as "el camino".

That's a bit confusing! Confused

El camino is "The Road" here and in Mexico too. Mine is mexican. "The road never sleeps" or "El camino nunca duerme"
