If anyone is interested there is a very nice 1979 Malibu 2 door panel truck for sale near Peoria Illinois. 305 HO w/ 4 speed. Cream color with rallys. He's asking $4950.00 or trade. I don't think I have ever seen one before and would love to get it but y'all know how that goes.

I'll get a phone number if anybody is interested.

Earl

Cool There was one up my way a few years back. It was yellow, had ground effects and custom bumpers from Charley's and was stuffed full of BBC! I never ever seemed to get finished as it kept changing hands.
It started life as a 4door Malibu wagon. The rear doors were molded in and the window areas sheet metaled over to make it a panel. I'd bet that one got the same treatment! Smile

After further review...it was a 2 door wagon converted.
