There are five (5) Elkys on for the weekend. #44 a '60, #75 a '64. #1024 a '64, #5000 a '72, and #979 an '81. Yowza!!! Bowties are leading the pack so far. One of the announcers asked, "Is this the Bowtie nationals, or what?" _________________ Ike

From what's come across the block so far...it SHOULD be!!! All the top 5 cars are chevys, with the lowest (a SWEET Belair) going for $94K!!! 'Course...all the HIGH end cars and really rare ones will be comin' today and tomorrow....but STILL...Chevy's makin a GREAT showing!!!

#44 a '60 W/350 sold for $19,440, #75 a '64 w/283 sold for 21,060, #1024 a '64 w/283 sold for 9,720, #5000 a '72 w/454 sold for 27,000, #979 an '81 w/350 had a high bid of 24,500 but did not meet the reserve prive. Not bad!=) _________________ Ike
