The headliner in my '84 is in really good condition, but it's a tan color and I want it to be black. Is there a fabric dye I can spray on or is the vinyl dye what I should use? I'm ordering the carpet in black, so I figured the carpet and headliner should match for now.
Tips/tricks/is removal fairly simple? All the trim inside is in pretty bad shape too...all oxidized and or deteriorated..
Thanks!
it probably isn't a good idea to be removing your headliner. even if it is in good shape, it is going on 25 years old, and will probably be a real pain to take off, if it comes off in one piece. best to try to recolor it installed. _________________ Rob Tabish
