Ordered a complete exhaust system from jegs along with the headers. Got it yesterday. After looking at everything and looking at my Elky, I noticed that I just might need some kind of bracket or spacer to space my A.C. away from the block to keep the original bracket, or do I need a new bracket? I need to install the system in one day because my wifes car was rearended tuesday by a volvo and totaled. Once I start, I need to get it finished. Anyone know of anything I need to get before I start?

You should be able to use the old bracket but you are correct that you will have to use spacers. You can fabricate spacers from thick walled tubing or pipe: in a pinch a stack of washers will do.
