What does it say on the body plate under the hood??

I was not aware they made any ELC in Mexico, if so I don't think they were imported into the USA. This may have not been for sale in the USA

ill have to look at the body plate, i never really decoded the vin # cause i had no idea how to,but i thank you for helpin me on that,i could barely make the vin out cause of the cut mmarks, its in 3 peices i had to actcually remove it from the car to tape the paeices together and look at them, thank yu for that info,i knew it was produced in mexico cause it said it on the door,is that a bad thing that it was made there?im still buggin out over those 14 carfax reports so if any one can give me a hand in figurin out what those are it would be greatly aprecciated.
